Mohammad Nasereddin joined Zamansky LLC in 2018, where he represents investors in securities arbitrations against their brokerage firms in cases involving misconduct such as fraud, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, failure to supervise, unsuitable recommendations, failure to disclose conflict of interest, and other violations of state and federal securities laws. Mohammad earned his J.D. from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas – William S. Boyd School of Law. During law school, Mohammad served as a law clerk at the Law Offices of the Federal Public Defender in Las Vegas, NV; Maryland Office of the Public Defender in Rockville, Maryland; and the Capital Defender Office in Arlington, VA. In addition, Mohammad represented clients in immigration court as a Student Attorney at the Thomas & Mack Immigration Clinic – William S. Boyd School of Law.
Mohammad is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey. He is trilingual in English, Spanish, and Arabic.
