Zamansky LLC Investigates Greensill Capital and Credit Suisse

Recently, Greensill filed for insolvency amid allegations of misconduct and litigation over its business practices and Credit Suisse has come under scrutiny after it announced that investors in certain of its funds face potential losses as a result of those funds’ purchase of notes issued by Greensill and that it had suspended certain employees charged with overseeing those funds.
